This project involved creating a human-centric brand for Coloursmith, a revolutionary paint technology that transforms any colour into paint, giving consumers ownership of colour like never before. The challenge was to design a brand and visual identity that made a traditionally complex, overwhelming process feel joyful, intuitive, and personal.

The identity and creative system were built around real people and their stories, positioning the audience at the centre of the experience. Redefining the narrative from “paint first” to “people first,” the visual language combined vibrant photography, stylised illustrations, and a flexible design system that could adapt across social, digital, OOH, in-store, and even a bespoke coffee table book.

A documentary-style approach to content captured authentic voices and experiences, supporting both emotional connection and functional education on the Coloursmith process. The campaign has delivered over 8.2 million completed YouTube views, achieved a 53% video completion rate (well above the 45% benchmark), and driven over 47,000 Coloursmith App downloads. The result is a storytelling-led brand that transforms colour selection into a personal, creative experience while achieving measurable engagement and adoption.
